Rooms are of decent size

Laundry service and the breakfast area. Checking time is too long

Great hotel and feels still new. Staff very nice and hospitable. Room was spacious, modern and clean with excellent air conditioning. Big bathroom area and good shower. No bath tub. Restaurant was good for breakfast and other meals especially local dishes. Location is 5 minutes walk from the AEON mall with lots of good shops and eateries and supermarket. Were very kind to allow a later checkout.

Had some minor lighting to fix but it was done. It would be great to get hand towels and face towels as we only got 2 bath towels. Note: Some drivers aren’t familiar with this new area.

Noisy from beside building development

Extremely comfortable, and just a short walk to the mall. The breakfast menu changes daily, so it wasn’t that boring during my 6 nights stay there.

The pool is by the side of the buffet restaurant, making it awkward for me to swim as I have to cut through the restaurant and many people (including from the conference) are looking at me.

I like the location is nearby a shopping mall. The ala carte breakfast served is good & big portion. The receptionist help us to get a Vellfire to the airport since we're travelling in a large group of friends.

There is no iron in the room.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of options and was delicious! The rooms and common areas were very clean.

The pool was located in general view to the hotel lobby and not great for actual swimming. The gym was small but ok and was also in an idd location.

Breakfast is nice. But the location is not that good for me but there’s a aeon mall for just about 100 meter. You can call the grab if want to go for other’s place, it’s fast accepted. But traffic are quite jam.

The bed is sound quite annoying. It’s always make a sound like broken when you are trying to change the position when sleeping.????

The location of hotel in tangerang is very good near to aeon mall(100 mtr) and also is a peaceful place to workout in morning and evening walks or bicycle riding

Great Location, New Hotel, Great view and near to aeon mall & the breezze

Unpolite Frontliner staff (man) i forgot the name, the basement parking is very bad and the elevator cant reach basement level, the variety of the breakfast was not much, the bath room water channel choked

The location is very good. Originally I booked a different 5-star hotel, but this hotel opened in December and was way better located to where I needed to go. Opposite was AEON mall but I never visited that. Nearby is Breeze BSD City which is great for dining and actually walkable. The fact that there are footpaths and signalised pedestrian crossings is something you don't see often.

The hotel was a disappointment. It was open for less than 3 months and it seems they are still in the early stages of learning how to run a hotel. Check-in was messy with a trainee on duty. We received 2 key cards of which only one worked. We changed the key card that night. Next morning upon going up from breakfast both key cards were defective. They gave is 2 new key cards but they were programmed for the wrong room. Back down again to get it rectified a second time. In short, in 2 days we had 5 non-functional key cards. The room was uncomfortably warm: over 30 degrees when we entered and with the aircon at full blast for over 6 hours it was still 25.5 degrees. The lowest we got it to was 24 degrees overnight, but that was warm enough to wake up soaking wet from sweating. The common areas are also warm to hot. The room is also unsuitable for work: there is no working desk and I had to do work on a small movable table (side table size) which could hold my 15" laptop but not my mouse. To bed is rattan and makes noise when you get on it. Looks nice but not functional. My wife complained that every time I turned while sleeping the bed would make noise. Breakfast was something else, never seen in Indonesia. Normally hotel breakfast in Indonesia is ranging from good to fantastic. This was a clear exception. Range of items was poor. Fruit had run out by 6:45am on a Saturday morning and was never restocked. We went early on Sunday for breakfast just to get fruit. All the hot food items were cold as they have hot plates but none were turned on. And for coffee, I don't know how to explain. On Saturday morning there were 2 coffee machine and for the large mug selection you get a full mug of coffee with a strength which was ok for me. On Sunday morning there was only 1 coffee machine and a large cup selection gives you a mug only 1/4 of the coffee with 4 times the strength. Espresso setting was a small amount of coffee super strong.

I arrived at 3 pm however the receptionist said that my rooms weren’t ready. And I have to wait approx. 30 minutes for housekeeping cleaned the room. I intentionally late check in so I can go straight to the room after checking in because I had 3 kids with me (age 4,2,1). I hope they can commit and strict to their rules that we can check in at 2 pm as they strict that guest have to check out at 12pm.

The room is clean, the bathroom also prerty beautiful. I like it

When I stay there, it’s look like they have a renovation next to our room. So at 10am it’s starting to get very noisy

It's the brand new hotel, all perfect except the food.

The food was not that good and the price is little bit expensive.

Room was very comfortable and quiet

Pool and gym area not so comfortable near dining area. Gym a bit small, but good for a quick workout
